The duration of the design and development was predicted during the initial analysis such that they could be related to a Gantt Diagram. The necessary elapsed time, which was initially suggested as a year, refers to the single operational unit. Considering that the work can be carried out in a team with more operational units, we were able to estimate a parallel working flow between the different modules, which partially narrowed down the time elapsed.

 

It was decided to consider the august leave period non-operational for better organizational reliability. Moreover, the English translation, and the organization of a presentation seminar of the DED’s global result were combined.
